My Signature Scarf ships worldwide via Easyship Fulfillment Services Ltd. using a wide range of reputable couriers including FedEx, DHL, and Hong Kong Post. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Standard Shipping typically delivers in 7-14 days depending on your location. For expedited delivery, please email us at contact@mysignaturescarf.com. For your reference, DHL Express, which typically delivers within 1-4 days costs around $30 USD.

RETURNS

Most items purchased from My Signature Scarf are eligible for full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We will only refund the value of goods, you are responsible for the shipping charges.

To return items, please e-mail contact@mysignaturescarf.com with the order number within 30 days of purchase. Indicate on invoice that you are returning items. Pack items and invoice in its original packaging and ship to the following address:

EXCHANGES

Most items purchased from My Signature Scarf are also eligible for a one-time exchange with other items on the website within 60 days of purchase. Please note that you will be required to pay for the price difference if exchanging with items of higher value and that you will not be refunded for the price difference if exchanging with items of lower value. Items to be exchanged must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

To exchange items, please e-mail contact@mysignaturescarf.com with the order number within 60 days of purchase. We recommend that you let us know the item you wish to exchange with so we can place it on hold to prevent it from selling out while we await your package.
